People Performance & Development
Welcome to Make it Matter, my name is Christina Guldhammer and I’m on a mission to change the way we perceive and work with performance.
I’m convinced that we all go to work – and all other things in our lives – doing the best we can. If that does not meet expectations, there must be obstacles in our way, which need to be addressed, handled and removed. Or we have to find a different path to achieve your goal that is more in line with your values, strengths and dreams.
I’ve spent the past 12 years working with performance management in large organisations like Maersk, Novo Nordisk and KMD. Early 2018, I founded Make it Matter offering coaching and consultancy to individuals and organisations desiring to take a sustainable approach to high performance.
How can I help you?
I work with HR functions and leaders offering a number of services enabling their people to consistently deliver their best in a sustainable way.
Through Teknologisk Institut, I run open courses in agile people development. With GoLearn I have created an online training course about goal setting.
In addition, I offer consultancy, business coaching and talks all focused on enabling a people first approach to performance management.
I work with leaders and employees supporting their personal development and support the continuous organisational changes, which we are all part of and subject to.
My working language has been English throughout my career and I’ve helped numerous people and organisations already in English. I can do the same for you.

Christina is my rock. She helped me as I planted the seeds of my career, encouraged me to amplify my proposals, and gave tips on how to weed out the noise. Her effortless ideas on how to address challenging situations combined with her ability to coax out the best plan based on my leadership style were priceless. Thanks in part to her guidance, I was promoted to a role I never thought possible and am stimulated by my new responsibilities. I highly recommend her as a coach, no matter what phase of life you’re in.
